Whether you will install a Licensed version of Mail management software (if one so exists!) in your system and have high complex hardware (what about server!) to support that software?
Likewise everyone who wants to send a mail should have that software and corresponding hardware. If that’s the case, imagine the cost of infrastructure and its maintenance on an individual perspective and the production of e-waste on a global perspective.

But all the applications in the cloud computing platform are not free. We will be billed based on ourusage time. We will be paying only for the time we are using. The time we use will be noted based on the difference between log-on and log-off of our application.
What may be the drawbacks ?
Concerns about the security.
Small scale Hardware Maintanence jobs will be affected, since the hardware requirements are met by the vendors iself.
